Step 1.  Log in to your AVSA account before you begin entering any other information.

Step 2.  Click the "Register Myself" Button.

Step 3.  You MUST select a Registration Option BEFORE you can begin to add Program Items, Meals, Tours and other options.

Special Note:  You may add a NON-MEMBER GUEST to your registration; however, if your guest is a MEMBER of AVSA, they must login and create a separate registration under their own AVSA Profile, in order to access Member Pricing.

COVID-19 Liability Release

In consideration of participation in the African Violet Society of America (AVSA) 2023 Atlanta Convention, you acknowledge your agreement to the following when registering for this event:

• I am aware of the existence of the risk to my physical self by being at the venue and that my participation in this convention may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to COVID-19.
• I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation in the Convention, and I recognize that I may be at risk of contracting COVID-19.
• With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, and discharge, the Organization, its board, officers, affiliates, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in the Convention while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to direct or unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
• I also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the AVSA, its board, officers, affiliates, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from my injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.

By registering and/or attending this event, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold AVSA harmless from any and all costs, damages, expenses, lawsuits, liabilities, and claims should you directly or indirectly contract COVID-19 from attending this event. You are also agreeing that you have read, understood, and accept and agree to be bound by this COVID-19 Liability Release.
